how much does a garden cost in Dubai?
this has to be one of the most common questions we’re asked, and understandably so.
but the answer isn’t so simple.
the cost is shaped by a combination of factors, including the size of the space, the materials and finishes, site conditions such as levels and access, and the details that bring it to life like planting, lighting, and irrigation.
think of the difference between a 3* and a 5* hotel. it’s not one thing that makes the difference but a big collection of decisions that affect the quality of the space, and how it makes you feel.
while some decisions may seem small in isolation, together they influence the outcome and the overall investment.
to help, we’ve outlined what different budget levels can begin to look and feel like. read to the end and we’ll help you figure out a budget range for your garden, today.
0–100k AED
at this level, the focus is on simplicity.
you’ll see clean layouts, considered materials, and minimal structural work. many gardens here are delivered through our curated service.
it’s shaped by years of designing gardens in this climate, refining what works, and using materials and planting we know perform well over time. the result is a space that feels calm and easy to live in.
100–300k AED
this is where gardens begin to get more layered and varied.
we start to combine material textures and qualities more. spaces become more defined with level changes. you may see the introduction of small features or simple structures such as walls, showers, screens, seats and pergolas. with more definition comes more opportunity for how the space is used.
300–600k AED
at this level gardens are dynamic, structured and detailed.
there’s more opportunity for built elements like kitchens and pools, larger planting, and a richer level of detail throughout, using more premium and tactile surfaces.
600k–1m AED
with larger budgets, the scope opens up.
gardens often include multiple zones, higher specification materials, and more integrated systems like lighting, irrigation, and pool design. structures are detailed and more integrated with one another, along with innovative ideas and design elements. this budget may include some high street furniture or accessories.
1m+ AED
at this level, the design can be taken further and will be heavily integrated with indoor living ideas.
projects often involve bespoke detailing, more complex construction, and a high level of coordination. it allows for a greater level of refinement with better concealment of MEP, instant planting privacy and extra-large scale trees.
every detail is carefully personalised, and quality materials are used exclusively, including many handmade or custom fabrications. this budget range would also include medium to high end furniture throughout.
every garden is different, even at similar budget levels. so, what matters most is how the space is designed, and how well it responds to the climate, the architecture, and the way you want to live.
these examples are here to give you a starting point.
